We know you’re excited to receive your product so we ship out within 1-2 days! Your order/s will be sent out the day of or day after (depending on purchase time) Mon - Fri. If ordered during the weekend it will be sent out on the Monday.
Please allow 7 - 14 days for the shipment to reach your house (although it is often quicker than this).
If you have not received your goods within 21 days please contact us here with your order number.
Currently we ship only to Contiguous States which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all other off-shore insular areas, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico.
We also do not ship to PO Boxes.

We hope that you love your products just as much as we do but we understand that sometimes there can be hiccups, so we will help to resolve this the best we can with you.
Alfie & Gem only accepts returns/exchanges if goods are damaged.
We do not accept returns/exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect purchasing, but you can rest easy by reading our mountainous amounts of happy customer reviews. Check also some customer photos here.
We offer returns or exchanges (due to faults) within 15 days of receiving your order which will be paid by Alfie & Gem.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as photographs to show the problem with your product.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Please note, our products are made from natural materials that may have varying colors. Acacia (used in our stands) is known for its mix of light and dark tones and therefore each one is unique and may not look the same as someone else’s. Please keep in mind when purchasing one of our products (made of natural materials) that color variances may occur as we do not offer returns due to this feature.
